An award winning, full-service insurance agency in Ashburn, VA is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative who is great with people and good at solving problems. This part-time position requires excellent people skills and a desire to provide top quality customer service at every interaction. Position Overview
• Supporting the agents and the sales team by greeting the clients on the phone, answering clients’ questions about the policies and billing, resolving service concerns, documenting customer requests.
• Making changes to the insurance policies.
• Helping with submission of claims.
• Processing payments.
• Handling agency correspondence and mailings.
