Uzbek piano sensation Behzod Abduraimov at the Carver Theatre

Uzbek piano sensation Behzod Abduraimov opens Shriver Hall Concert Series’ ‘Discovery Series’ on Saturday, October 3 at 3:00pm with a recital of works by Schubert and Liszt, plus Mussorgsky’s master work Pictures at an Exhibition. This free concert takes place in the Carver Theatre of the George Washington Carver Center for Arts and Technology.

Abduraimov’s captivating performances have won him high critical praise, most recently from The Times (London) (“master of all he surveys”) and the Boston Globe (“impressive poise and immediacy…a talent to watch”). Having made his Carnegie Hall recital debut last season, this performance marks Abduraimov’s Baltimore debut.
