Russian American Medical Association (RAMA), Russian-American Dental Association(RADA) & Russian American Science Association — RASA presents The 7th Joint Medical, Dental and Scientific Conference (October 21-24, 2010, Hyatt Regency on Capitol Hill, Washington, DC).
The 7th Joint Medical, Dental and Scientific Conference will take place in Washington, DC on October 21-24, 2010. Doctors, medical administrators and scientists from Kazakhstan, Moscow , Saint-Petersburg and USA will attend the conference. They will visit NIH (Dr. Luyba Vartikovski,the Chair of Education and Research Committee has planned
the visit). The guests also will visit Shady Grove Medical Hospital (Dr. Irena Feldman, co-chair of Conference and the President of local chapter, prepared the visit).they will learn about new advanced medical procedures and highly developed technologies.
Dr. Larisa Petrenko from St. Petersburg has prearranged small group meetings according to requests of the guests.(Dr. Inna Kost will meet with dentists, interested in modern dental technologies and equipment.).
The Conference is a hard work but it will include some fun, too.
Local Chapter (MD, VA, DC) has organized trips and excursions for the guests of Washington. The Gala Dinner will take place in Hyatt Regency on Capitol Hill.

The Russian American Medical Association (RAMA, www.RussianDoctors.org) is a non-profit organization of Russian American physicians founded in 2002 with a mission to facilitate and enable Russian American physicians and health care professionals to excel in patient care, teaching and research, and to pursue their aspirations in professional, humanitarian and community affairs. RAMA was founded in 2002 by Dr. Boris Vinogradsky (now from Cleveland, Ohio, USA) as a coalition of several independent groups of doctors and now has organized chapters in Massachusetts, Ohio, Indiana, Minnesota, Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia, the Student Chapter and the Canada Group. It is working with groups of physicians in New York, Chicago, St. Louis, St. Paul, San Francisco and Los Angeles to form new chapters.
The Russian American Dental Association (RADA, www.russiandentists.org) is a national nonprofit organization with 501c (3) charity status. RADA is devoted to humanitarian and community work, as well as assisting dental professionals in their career goals, and providing education and research in the dental field. RADA sponsors and organizes charity events, holds medical professional conferences, offers Continuing Education courses and advises practitioners and organizations on the medical profession.
